Operations Specialist

The primary function of the Operations Specialist is to perform all tasks related to the operational needs of a broker dealer. These tasks include, but are not limited to: new accounts review, new account set-up, transfer of assets processing, distribution requests and customer service.



Responsibilities include:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Accurate processing of client requests
  • Troubleshoot and/or assist in problem resolution
  • Recommend and implement process improvements
  • Complete research requests on complex issues

Qualifications and education requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Financial services/customer service experience preferred
  • Demonstrated passion for providing client-centric solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Adaptable to change
  • FINRA Series 99 license or the willingness to attain
